How many people are in your database?
This number is constantly changing, due to new signups as well as people no longer being single 🙂
What is the ratio of men to women?
Typically, there are about 60% women and 40% men in the database.
Does Love, Inshallah have clients outside of the US?
Yes. Love, Inshallah operates in over 20 different countries, with our largest pool of clients being in the US, UK, and Canada.
Where will we video chat?
Video chats happen over ZOOM. You will be given the link in your calendar confirmation email.
Do you have different ethnicities in your database?
Yes. We are committed to diversity, and proudly have over 36 varying ethnicities within our database.
What are your hours of operation?
Outside of scheduled meetings, our operating hours are M-F 9 am-5 pm. Emails received outside of these hours will be responded to at the earliest convenience.
Do you send more than 1 match at a time?
No. We are firm believers in only sending 1 potential match at a time. We do not believe in giving multiple options at once.
What happens if it doesn't work out with the first match you send? Do we get more options?
Yes. If you are not interested in the first match you receive, or if it doesn’t progress beyond getting to know each other, we will resume the search process. We reserve the right to terminate the service.
Can you guarantee a match?
While we cannot guarantee you will be successfully matched, most users receive at least 1 match a month.
